    There are no registration fees.

    We plan to provide interpretation services.
  • Q&A tool
    As “Slido” is used as a Q&A tool, please bring your smart phone to the venue.
  • Visa support
    If you require a visa to enter South Korea, please contact the AOA Secretariat by email (secretariat@icmifasiaoceania.coop).
  • Airfare subsidy
    AOA will provide an airfare subsidy to member organizations that meet the designated conditions. Details are here.

  • Welcome Dinner (Thursday, 13 November, 6:00 p.m. onwards)
    The dinner venue is the Park Ballroom on the 5th floor of Conrad Seoul, which is the same location as the seminar venue.
  • Dress Code
    The dress code for the seminar sessions is smart business attire and for the dinner it is smart casual. Warm clothes is recommended for preparation of cold weather in the deck of the dinner cruise.
